Clear answers
Questions clients commonly ask
Can every fabric be cleaned?
Not every fabric or construction is suitable for the same method. The Exceed team checks the care information, colourfastness, condition and likely response before confirming the approach.
How long will the lounge take to dry?
Drying depends on fabric, cushion construction, airflow and room conditions. The expected range and safe after-care are explained at handover.
Can you remove all stains and odours?
Improvement depends on what caused the concern and how deeply it has affected the fabric or filling. Suitable treatment is discussed without promising complete removal where the cause or damage may be permanent.
How should I prepare the room?
Remove small belongings and provide clear access around the item. The Exceed team will confirm any specific preparation when the service is arranged.
