Pet Fresh is an optional upgrade. Essential Clean includes the complete standard carpet process; Pet Fresh adds focused attention for identified pet hair, organic soil and localised accident areas.
Can every urine odour be removed?
No. If contamination has reached carpet backing, underlay or subfloor, surface treatment may not reach the source. Widespread or repeated contamination requires separate assessment.
How do you identify affected areas?
Nicholas combines the client’s information with a careful inspection and, where appropriate, targeted detection methods to agree on the areas included in the service.
What if the underlay is contaminated?
Affected underlay or subfloor may need a separate remediation scope, replacement or another specialist. The Exceed team will explain when carpet-surface cleaning is unlikely to be sufficient.
