After giving the enzyme treatment time to fully work, we rinsed the carpet thoroughly using an acid rinsing agent. This step neutralises any remaining alkaline residue from the prespray, balances the carpet’s pH, and ensures no sticky residue is left behind to attract dirt later on. Finally, we groomed the carpet. Running a carpet groomer through the fibres at the end lifts the pile evenly, improves the look, speeds up drying, and leaves that fresh, just-cleaned feel that clients notice the moment they walk back in.
